Our twelve weeks wellness program is based on the 12 meridians of human body in the three planes of motion that control how the muscular skeletal system and internal system interact and functions together to sustain life and well being. It is divided into 3 stages of care which take 4 weeks each.
This looks at the accuracy of heart rate variability (fight or flight, organ function, stress levels), electromyography (nerve tension) and thermography (muscle tension).
