Dr. Hamisi Kote Ali – The BAREFOOT DOCTOR

He attended Palmer College of chiropractic In Davenport Iowa, USA.
He is an American Board Certified Chiropractor and UK Certified Physiotherapist with health profession council.
Dr Hamisi started his career at Kenya Medical Training College Nairobi and later graduated with a Diploma in Physiotherapy.

He has a very diverse background holding active board certification in multiple manual medicine subspecialties namely: Active release technique (ART), Tithest Performance Institute Golf Medical pro(TPI), Kenisio taping, Fascia needling(FN), Fascial distortion model(FDM), Selective Functional Movement Assessments (SFMA), Sports Medicine and Foot Orthotics.

He has trained and holds a Certificate in Fascial Anatomy from The University of Padova and Fascia Manipulation Institute in Italy and is the first certified Fascial Manipulation Therapist in Africa.

He is currently undergoing his Teacher training program which will make him the first African Fascia Manipulation Teacher. Through this combined knowledge and experience he combines his skills to create a Comprehensive, very effective and efficient treatment model that looks at his patients with a holistic approach in management of musculoskeletal pain /injuries and internal dysfunction.
He previously worked at Nairobi hospital, Physique Ltd, Kaminski pain and performance clinic, Palmer Chiropractic clinics in the USA.

Dr Hamisi is the first doctor in East and Central Africa to offer such a wide range of comprehensive manual therapy focusing on musculoskeletal pain He is also the President of International Federation of Sports Chiropractic in Kenya. He is a member of the Association of Fascia Manipulation Therapist International.
